     Anna Margareta Lutscher was born on 21 September 1809 at Degerloch, Oberamt Stuttgart, Neckarkreis, Württemberg.4,5,3 She was the daughter of Jacob Frederich Lutscher and Katharina Barbara Reiser.4 Anna Margareta Lutscher was baptized, at age 3 days, on Sunday, 24 September 1809 at Degerloch, Oberamt Stuttgart, Neckarkreis, Württemberg, by the Friedrich Heinrich August Georgii.4 Anna Margareta Lutscher married, at age 21, Christian August Scholderer, age 23, son of Johann Jacob Scholderer and Christina Margareta Kaiser, in February 1831 at Degerloch, Oberamt Stuttgart, Neckarkreis, Württemberg.1,6,2,3 Anna Margareta Lutscher died on 10 September 1884 at age 74 years, 11 months and 20 days.2 She was buried on 12 September 1884 in lot 520C West, in the Wildwood Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
     Anna Margareta Lutscher was also known as Mary.1 She and Christian August Scholderer emigrated on 14 March 1831 from Württemberg to North America at the age of 21. They traveled from their home in Degerloch with Christian's mother and stepfather, Johann Jacob Sigmund.7,3 As of 1832, Anna Margareta Lutscher and Christian August Scholderer lived in Centre County, Pennsylvania.1

Anna Margareta Lutscher was probably included as a free white female, between the age of 30 and under 40 years, in Christian August Scholderer's household, enumerated 1 June 1840 in the Sixth Census for the United States of America, Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.8

Anna Margareta Lutscher was listed as living in the household of Christian August Scholderer in the Seventh Census for the United States of America, enumerated on 19 September 1850 Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, as "Margaret Sholder" age 42 being born in Germany.9

She was enumerated on 30 July 1860 as a resident in the household of Christian August Scholderer in the Eighth Census for the United States of America, in the State of Pennsylvania, Lycoming County, Old Lycoming Township as "Margt Shoulder" age 51 being born in Germany.10 As of 1873, Anna Margareta Lutscher and Christian August Scholderer lived in Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.11 She was widowed at age 64 by the death of Christian on 2 March 1874.12
