     Charlotte Sholder was born in July 1841 at farm of Christian (Scholderer) Sholder, Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3 She was the daughter of Christian August Scholderer and Anna Margareta Lutscher.2 Charlotte Sholder first married William Blair before 1860.4,2 Charlotte Sholder married a second time Harry C. Goodman in 1898.
     Charlotte Sholder was listed as living in the household of Christian August Scholderer in the Seventh Census for the United States of America, enumerated on 19 September 1850 Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, age 9 born in Pennsylvania.5

She was enumerated on 31 July 1860 as a resident in the household of William Blair in the Eighth Census for the United States of America, in the State of Pennsylvania, Lycoming County, Old Lycoming Township as "Charlotte Blair" age 20 being born in Pennsylvania.6 Charlotte Sholder and William Blair appeared on the census of 8 June 1880 at Armstrong Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Charlotte Sholder and Harry C. Goodman appeared on the census of 2 June 1900 at Williamsport, 7th Ward, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. According to the 1910 census, Charlotte never had any children. Charlotte Sholder and Harry C. Goodman appeared on the census of 21 April 1910 at Williamsport, 1st Ward, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Charlotte Sholder appears in family photograph on 24 August 1912 Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. This was taken as a part of a family reunion in which this photograph appeared in the Sunday Grit on 1 September 1912.
