Ralph Henry Weigle was born on 23 April 1922 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1,4,5 He was the son of Judson Fulmore Weigle and Annie Marina Sholder.1,3,4 Ralph Henry Weigle married, at age 26, Violet L. Bair, age 27, daughter of Luther L. Bair and Hannah Elmira Hill, on Saturday, 7 August 1948.1,6,4 Ralph Henry Weigle died on 19 August 2010 at Manor Care Health Center, Jersey Shore, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 88 years, 3 months and 27 days.4,5 A memorial service for Ralph Henry Weigle was held at Knight-Confer Funeral Home, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, on 22 August 2010 at 3:30 p.m with Reverend James R. Behrens officiating.4 Ralph Henry Weigle was buried in the Green Lawn Memorial Park, located in Montgomery, Clinton Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.4
He was in military service with the Army during World War II between 1943 and 1945. He enlisted on 21 December 1942 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.7 He was the owner and operator of the former Weigle's Radiator Shop between 1943 and 1983.4 He was the Fire Chief of Old Lycoming Township Fire Company. He indicated that he was on the squad run when Grace (Hafer) Sholder died. circa 1965.1 As of 1998, Ralph Henry Weigle and Violet L. Bair lived at 2202 Mahaffey Lane, Williamsport, Pennsylvania.1,6
Ralph Henry Weigle the father of Sharon Diane Weigle, was listed in her obituary on 22 May 2001 in the Williamsport Sun-Gazette, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2 He became a widower at the age of 85 with the death of Violet on 17 May 2007.6,4 His obituary was published on 21 August 2010 Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. His obituary stated:

Ralph's wife, the former Violet L. Bair, died May 17, 2007.
Ralph owned and operated the former Weigle's Radiator Shop for 40 years until 1983. Earlier in life, he worked as a Baggage Handler for the former Pennsylvania Railroad.
Ralph was a 52 year and very active member of Trinity United Methodist Church, where he served on numerous committees.
He was a former member of the Williamsport Area School District Board, for 12 years, and a life member and past Chief of the Old Lycoming Volunteer Fire Company.

Surviving are daughters, Sandra L. (Robert) Dochter of Salladasburg; Susan M. (Mike) Andrzejewski of Pittsburgh; grandchildren, Hilary Deckard, Makenzy Deckard and Robert Dochter Jr. and a great-grandson, Safeer Deckard.
Ralph was predeceased by a daughter, Sharon D. Deckard, a granddaughter, Carol Dochter, a grandson, Steven Dochter and sisters, Grace Bower and Alice Fry.
Funeral Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Knight-Confer's 1914 Memorial Ave., with the Rev. Dr. James R. Behrens officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Green Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
