Floyd Douglas Calkins

     Floyd Douglas Calkins was born on 30 October 1885.¹ He was the son of Clinton Miller Calkins and Caroline M. Sholder. Floyd Douglas Calkins married, at age 20, Carrie Elizabeth Updegraff, age 15, daughter of William Sylvester Updegraff and Annie E. Weaver, on Thursday, 23 August 1906 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.² Floyd Douglas Calkins died on 5 December 1948 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 63 years, 1 month and 5 days.¹
