Bernice Geraldine Calkins married, at age 23, Lawrence Franklin Beck, age 23, son of Paul Calvin Beck and Jeanne Marie Guillaume, on Monday, 2 September 1935 at Baltimore, Baltimore City, Maryland, by the Reverend Joseph Nelligan.3,1 Bernice Geraldine Calkins died on 23 November 1991 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 79 years, 7 months and 1 day.4,2 She was buried in the Jersey Shore Cemetery, located in Jersey Shore, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.4

This announcement stated:
