Serritha Belle Frazer was born on 3 May 1866 at Ringgold, Ringgold County, Iowa. She was the daughter of James A. Frazer and Sarah Jane Stevenson. Serritha Belle Frazer married, at age 19, Edward August Mahaffey, age 26, son of Thomas Mahaffey and Elizabeth B. Sholder, on Wednesday, 1 July 1885 at Roxbury, McPherson County, Kansas.1 Serritha Belle Frazer died on 7 December 1953 at La Barge, Lincoln County, Wyoming, at age 87 years, 7 months and 4 days.
