He was the son of David Sholder and Mary [—?—].1 Morris Sholder married Gertrude Schechter, daughter of [—?—] Schechter, circa 1916.2,3 Morris Sholder died on 9 January 1957 at 7257 Constance Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, at age 69 years.4 He was buried on 11 January 1957 in the Waldheim (Jewish) Cemetery, located in Cook County, Illinois.2

He died Wednesday in his home at 7257 Constance av. Surviving are his widow, Gertrude; a son, Harold, and two daughters, Mrs. Bernice Weinstein and Mrs. Geraldine Lipton.2,4
