Elizabeth Sholder1

     Elizabeth Sholder was born on 5 November 1876.2 She was the daughter of Charles Emanuel Sholder and Mary Anna Kinley.1 Elizabeth Sholder married Joseph Bastian, son of William M. Bastian and Wilhelmina [—?—], in 1899. Elizabeth Sholder died on 17 May 1937 at age 60 years, 6 months and 12 days.2
     Elizabeth Sholder was known as Lizzie in the 1892 History of Lycoming County.1 She and Joseph Bastian appeared on the census of 8 June 1900 at Elmira, 9th Ward, Chemung County, New York. Elizabeth Sholder and Joseph Bastian appeared on the census of April 1910 at Kane, 3rd Ward, McKean County, Pennsylvania. Elizabeth Sholder appears in group photography with her sisters circa 1915. She and Joseph Bastian appeared on the census of 31 January 1920 at Jenks Township, Forest County, Pennsylvania. Elizabeth Sholder and Joseph Bastian appeared on the census of 9 April 1930 at Bloomsburg, 1st Ward, Columbia County, Pennsylvania. Elizabeth Sholder and Joseph Bastian appeared on the census of 16 April 1940 at Bloomsburg, 2nd Ward, Columbia County, Pennsylvania.
