Donald Eugene Tebbs is the son of Willard Edward Tebbs and Evelyn Caroline Sholder.1,3,2 Donald Eugene Tebbs first married Marlene S. Heim, age 18, daughter of J. Roscoe Heim and Edna Mae Snyder, on Saturday, 30 June 1962.4 Donald Eugene Tebbs and Marlene S. Heim were divorced in November 1968 at Dade County, Florida. Donald Eugene Tebbs married a second time Constance Marie Panzl on Tuesday, 15 October 1974 at Miami, Dade County, Florida.1

In the note attached to this family group sheet, Shirly indicates that Lesley Tebbs received the information from someone in Florida. That someone was most likely Donald Eugene Tebbs, since the information indicates that he was married to Constance Panzl in Miami, Florida.
