Leslie Cecil Vasey married Wanda Mae Sims, daughter of James Ivan Sims and Lulu Belle Mahaffey, circa 1946. Leslie Cecil Vasey died on 12 January 1984 at Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, at age 70 years, 5 months and 9 days.1 He was buried in lot 163, plot 5, in the Viola Cemetery, located in Lincoln County, Wyoming.
