Buerk appeared on the census of 12 January 1920 in the household of William Buerk and Lena A. Keller at Dayton, 12th Ward, Montgomery County, Ohio. As of December 1929, Carl H. Buerk lived at 126 South Sperling Avenue, Dayton, Ohio.2 Carl, the son of William Buerk, who died on 22 December 1929, was listed as the informant on the death certificate.2
