     Harold B. Lilley was born on 27 September 1918 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3 He was the son of Oscar Franklin Lilley and Madeline Mildred Sholder.4 Harold B. Lilley married Helen M. Rump, daughter of Frederick E. Rump and Elsie G. O'Dell, circa 1941.1,4 Harold B. Lilley died on 10 January 1991 at Leader Nursing Home, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 72 years, 3 months and 14 days.1,3 He was buried in lot L165, in the Montoursville Cemetery, located in Montoursville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. The funeral service was officiated by Reverend Bruce R. Druckenmiller.4
     Harold B. Lilley appeared on the census of 10 January 1920 in the household of Oscar Franklin Lilley and Madeline Mildred Sholder at Williamsport, 7th Ward, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Harold B. Lilley appeared on the census of 16 April 1930 in the household of Simon Lilley and Alice [—?—] at Williamsport, 2nd Ward, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. His obituary was published sometime in January 1991 in the local paper, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. His obituary stated:

     Harold B. Lilley, 72, of 2841 Orchard Avenue, Montoursville, died Thursday, January 10, 1991, in Leader Nursing Center, where he had lived for the past week.

     Mr. Lilley was a member of New Covenant United Church of Christ. He was a member of Golden K Kiwanis and the National Railroad Historical Society.

     Born September 27, 1918, in this city, he was the son of Oscar F. and Madeline Sholder Lilley.

     Surviving are his wife, Helen M. Lilley; a son, Stephen S., of this city; a daughter, Ann L. Leech, of Montoursville; three brothers, Marlin D., of Cogan Station, Elwood O., of this city, and Glenn F., of Salona, Clinton County; a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Beaver, of Watsontown, and one granddaughter.

     A private funeral at the convenience of the family will be at Spitler's, 733 Broad Street, Montoursville, with the Rev. Bruce R. Druckenmiller, officiating. Burial will be in Montoursville Cemetery.4


     Harold B. Lilley was listed in Elwood O. Lilley's obituary on 16 February 2000 in the Williamsport Sun-Gazette, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, as his deceased brother.2

     Harold B. Lilley was listed in Marlin D. Lilley's obituary on 8 March 2006 Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, as his deceased brother.5

     Helen M. Rump's obituary on 7 November 2007 Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, stated that Harold B. Lilley was her husband and preceeded her in death.1
