     Emma Weisz was born on 28 April 1890 at Tripp, Hutchinson County, South Dakota.2 She was the daughter of Adam Weisz and Katherina Schlenker.2 Emma Weisz first married, at age 20, Otto Friedrich, age 20, son of Philipp Friederich and Maria Katharina Ziegler, on Sunday, 26 February 1911 at South Dakota.1 Emma Weisz married a second time, at age 34, John Fauth, age 43 on Monday, 6 October 1924 at South Dakota.2 Emma Weisz died on 1 January 1968 at Delmont, Douglas County, South Dakota, at age 77 years, 8 months and 4 days.2 She was buried in the Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery, located in Delmont, Douglas County, South Dakota.2
     She was widowed at age 28 by the death of Otto on 12 May 1918.1 For the second time she was widowed at age 61 by the death of John on 22 February 1952.2
