     Hannah J. Berry was born in January 1862 at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Peter Berry and Elizabeth Kinley.1 Hannah J. Berry married, at age 22, John Sholder, age 34, son of Christian August Scholderer and Anna Margareta Lutscher, on Thursday, 27 March 1884 at Home of Peter Berry, Newberry, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend J. M. King.1 Hannah J. Berry died on 14 July 1942 at age 80 years and 6 months. She was buried in the Wildwood Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
     She appeared on the census of 7 July 1870 in the household of Peter Berry and Elizabeth Kinley at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Hannah J. Berry and John Sholder appeared on the census of 14 June 1900 at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Hannah J. Berry and John Sholder appeared on the census of 18 April 1910 at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She was widowed by the death of John in 1913. As of 1915, Hannah J. Berry lived at 1309 Race Street, Williamsport, Pennsylvania. She is listed as the widow of John.2 She appeared on the census of 2 January 1920 at Williamsport, 7th Ward, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She appeared on the census of 12 April 1930 at Williamsport, 7th Ward, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
