     Ethel R. Sholder was born on 25 April 1884.3,4 She was the daughter of Benjamin Sholder and Emma L. Goldy.1 Ethel R. Sholder married Fred A. Sweeley, son of Franklin Peter Sweeley and Ellen E. Gheen, circa 1906. Ethel R. Sholder died in October 1965 at age 81 years and 5 months.4
     She appeared on the census of 7 June 1900 in the household of Benjamin Sholder and Emma L. Goldy at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Ethel R. Sholder and Fred A. Sweeley had no children in 1909.5 Ethel R. Sholder appeared on the census of 21 April 1910 in the household of Benjamin Sholder and Emma L. Goldy at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Ethel R. Sholder joined the Presbyterian Church of Williamsport on 2 July 1911.

     Ethel R. Sholder the sister of Clarence M. Sholder was listed in his obituary in August 1962 in the local paper, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
