Jakob Friedrich Sigmund was born on 2 October 1721 at Sindelfingen, Oberamt Böblingen, Neckarkreis, Württemberg.1 He was the son of Matthaeus Sigmund and Anna Maria Nuoffer.1 Jakob Friedrich Sigmund married, at age 24, Agnes Barbara Seeger, age 23, daughter of Johann Christian Seeger and Agnes Barbara Volz, on Tuesday, 10 May 1746.1 Jakob Friedrich Sigmund died on 9 June 1762 at Sindelfingen, Oberamt Böblingen, Neckarkreis, Württemberg, at age 40 years, 8 months and 7 days.1
