Matthaeus Sigmund was born on 17 April 1689 at Sindelfingen, Oberamt Böblingen, Neckarkreis, Württemberg.1 He married, at age 24, Anna Maria Nuoffer, age 23, daughter of Johann Jakob Nuoffer and Magdalena Klotz, on Tuesday, 19 September 1713.1 Matthaeus Sigmund died on 20 December 1756 at Sindelfingen, Oberamt Böblingen, Neckarkreis, Württemberg, at age 67 years, 8 months and 3 days.1
