     Joseph Friedrich Münzmay was born on 4 April 1830 at Obertürkheim, Oberamt Cannstatt, Neckarkreis, Württemberg.1 He was the son of Joseph Friedrich Münzmay and Christiana Ehmann.1 Joseph Friedrich Münzmay married, at age 29, Elisabetha Barbara Wurster, age 24, daughter of Karl Matthäus Wurster and Eva Barbara Decker, on Thursday, 19 May 1859 at Wangen, Oberamt Stuttgart, Neckarkreis, Württemberg.1 Joseph Friedrich Münzmay died on 26 February 1908 at Obertürkheim, Oberamt Cannstatt, Neckarkreis, Württemberg, German Empire, at age 77 years, 10 months and 22 days.1
