Maria Dorothea Fode was born on 17 February 1778 at Rosenfeld, Oberamt Sulz, Schwarzwaldkreis, Württemberg.1 She was the daughter of Matthias Fode and Maria Catharina Scholderer.1 Maria Dorothea Fode married Karl Fredrich, son of Philipp Fredrich and Maria Magdalena Frech, circa 1800.3 Maria Dorothea Fode died on 10 February 1833 at Alt Posttal, Bessarabia, Russia, at age 54 years, 11 months and 24 days.1
