Emma Dollinda Maiden

     Emma Dollinda Maiden was born on 30 October 1872 at Masulipatam, Tamil, Nadu, India.¹ She was the daughter of Alfred Thomas Maiden and Emma Caroline Ellen Borthwick.¹ Emma Dollinda Maiden married Edward August Dorhauer, son of Heinrich Christian Dürrhauer and Wilhelmina Louisa Meurer, in 1892 at Stroud, New South Wales, Australia.¹ Emma Dollinda Maiden died in 1962 at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, at age 89 years.¹
     She witnessed the immigration of Alfred Thomas Maiden and Emma Caroline Ellen Borthwick on 24 September 1880 at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.¹ Emma Dollinda Maiden immigrated to Australia with her parents, brothers, and sisters from Masulipatnam, India. They lived at Tinonee New South Wales on a farm called "Rye Hill" and it was here that she met Edward Dorhauer when she was 16 years old. At age 19 she and Edward were married.¹
