     James R. Nieder was born on 26 August 1949 at La Jolla, San Diego County, California.2,4,5 He was the son of Leonard Robert Nieder and Vera Irma Russell.2,6 James R. Nieder married, at age 21, Dianne Yvonne Scholder, daughter of Emery Lee Scholder and Pauline Zuvich, on Tuesday, 10 November 1970 at Lake County, California.1,2,3,5 James R. Nieder died on 3 September 2003 at age 54 years and 8 days.2,3,4 He was buried on 8 September 2003 in the El Camino Memorial Park, located in San Diego, San Diego County, California.2
     James R. Nieder also went by the name of Jim.1 His obituary was published on 8 September 2003 in the The San Diego Union-Tribune, printed in San Diego, San Diego County, California. His obituary stated:

     Aug. 26, 1949-Sept. 3, 2003 James R. Nieder, 54, of San Diego died Wednesday. He was born in La Jolla and was a project manager and on-site truss fabricator for Craftsman Development.

     Survivors include his wife, Diana; daughter, Kris; sons, Jacob, Michael and Steve Nieder; mother, Irma Nieder; sister, Pattie Wilson; and one grandchild.

     Mass: 1:30 p.m. today, St. Mary Magdalene's Catholic Church, 1945 Illion St., San Diego.

     Inurnment: El Camino Memorial Park, San Diego.

     Arrangements: El Camino Memorial Pacific Beach Chapel.2
