     Wally T. Lukens was born on 9 September 1895 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1,3 He was the son of Thompson W. Lukens and Rebecca Barnhart.1,6 Wally T. Lukens first married Dorothy Ruby Sholder, daughter of Arthur M. Sholder and Mildred Westphal, in 1916.2 Wally T. Lukens married a second time Margaret Ashworth circa 1938.1 Wally T. Lukens died on 23 December 1971 at Divine Providence Hospital, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 76 years, 3 months and 14 days.1,3 He was buried in the Montoursville Cemetery, located in Montoursville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
     Wally T. Lukens was also known as Wallis.4 Wally T. Lukens was also known as Wilbur T.5 Wally T. Lukens was also known as Wallace. He appeared on the census of 15 April 1910 in the household of Thompson W. Lukens and Rebecca Barnhart at Williamsport, 11th Ward, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Wally T. Lukens appeared on the census of 8 January 1920 in the household of Arthur M. Sholder and Mildred Westphal at Williamsport, 7th Ward, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Wally T. Lukens and Dorothy Ruby Sholder appeared on the census of 10 April 1930 at Williamsport, 5th Ward, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. As of 1970, Wally T. Lukens and Margaret Ashworth lived at 614 West Fourth Street, Williamsport, Pennsylvania.1,6

     Thompson Lukens's obituary from in the Williamsport Sun-Gazette, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, dated on 23 September 1971 listed Wally T. Lukens as his brother.6 His obituary was published on 23 December 1971 Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. His obituary stated:

     Wally T. Lukens, 76, of 614 West Fourth Street, died at 7:20 a.m. today, Thursday, December 23, 1971, in Divine Providence Hospital.

     Born in this city on Sept. 9, 1895, he was the son of Thompson and Rebecca Barnhart Lukens.

     Surviving are his wife, the former Margaret Ashworth; one son, Jack M., Montoursville; one daughter, Mrs. Dean Brewer, Montgomery, and two sisters, Mrs. Everett Baker, Ormond Beach, Fla., and Mrs. James Reed, of Sun City, Calif.

     Private funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Crouse's, 133 East Third Street. Burial will be in Montoursville Cemetery. There will be no visitation. The family will provide the flowers.1
According to the Social Security Administrations Death Index Wally's last known residence was Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3
