Emily Margaret Kelley1,2

     Emily Margaret Kelley was born on 29 March 1931 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3,2 She was the daughter of Morgan Vernon Kelley and Eleanor Margaret Sholder.1,2 Emily Margaret Kelley was baptized, at age 10 years and 15 days, on Sunday, 13 April 1941 at Bethel United Presbyterian Church, Bottle Run, Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She married, at age 18, Thomas M. Pittenger on Sunday, 12 June 1949.2 Emily Margaret Kelley died on 28 April 2011 at age 80 years and 30 days.2
     Emily Margaret Kelley also went by the name of Peg.4 As of circa 1970, Emily Margaret Kelley lived at Proctor Star Route, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1

     The obituary for Morgan Vernon Kelley circa 8 November 1970 in the local paper, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, listed Emily Margaret as his daughter.1

     Emily Margaret Kelley the sister of James Millard Kelley was listed in his obituary on 23 May 2003 in the Williamsport Sun-Gazette, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.4 Her obituary was published on 30 April 2011 Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Her obituary stated:

     Emily "Peg" Margert Pittenger, 80, went home to be with the Lord on April 28, 2011.

     She was born March 29, 1931, in Williamsport, the daughter of Morgan and Elenor (Shoulder) Kelley.

     Emily was the loving wife of Thomas M. Pittenger. They would have celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary on June 12th.

     She is survived by six children, Thomas Pittenger, of Williamsport, Patricia Miller (Walter), of Muncy, Carol Pittenger (Thomas Neyhart), of Williamsport, Gordon Pittenger, of South Dakota, Debra Neyhart (James), of Cogan Station, Barbara Pittenger, of Williamsport, 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, a brother Richard and one sister Ethal.

     She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Vernon and James and one sister Lois.

     Emily retired from the Williamsport Hospital after 21 years of service. She enjoyed crocheting, bird watching, traveling and going to the beach.

     She was a member of the Williamsport Assembly of God.

     As to her wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral services. Please make a charitable contribution to your favorite charity in lieu of flowers.

     Arrangements are entrusted to Sanders Mortuary.2
