Genevieve C. Roller was born on 12 October 1918 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2 She was the daughter of William Henry Roller and Edna Viola Bartlett.2,3 Genevieve C. Roller married, at age 21, George A. Dooris Jr., age 24, son of George A. Dooris and Theresa I. Smith, on Monday, 17 June 1940.1 Genevieve C. Roller died on 9 May 2011 at Valley View Nursing Center, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 92 years, 6 months and 27 days.2,3 She was buried on 13 May 2011 in the Saint Boniface Catholic Church Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. The funeral service was officiated by Monsignor Stephen D. McGough.2

Genevieve was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church, enjoyed puzzles, game shows and figure skating events. Her first priority was always her children and grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, George A. Jr.
Genevieve is survived by two daughters, Patricia A. (John) Sinclair and Diane Dooris, both of Williamsport; a brother, Donald Roller of Montoursville; two grandchildren, Steven (Beth) Sinclair and Michael T. Sinclair; and two great-grandsons, Drew and Austin.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 a.m. Friday, May 13, 2011, at St. Boniface Catholic Church, 326 Washington Blvd., Williamsport, with Monsignor Stephen D. McGough as celebrant. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Friends may call at Spitler Funeral Home, 733 Broad St., Montoursville, Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Lycoming County S.P.C.A., 2805 Reach Road, Williamsport, PA 17701.2
