     Edward Sholder was born on 21 September 1875 at Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.5,3,4 He was the son of Christian Sholder and Leah Sechrist.1 Edward Sholder first married Lizzie Chapman circa 1897. Edward Sholder married a second time, at age 26, Pearl A. Berry, age 20, daughter of Franklin Berry and Rebecca Fry, on Wednesday, 19 March 1902 at Newberry, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2,3,6,4 Edward Sholder died in 1945 at age 69 years.3,4 He was buried in the Buchanan Baptist Church Cemetery, located in Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3,4
     Edward Sholder was also known as Pete. He appeared on the census of 11 June 1880 in the household of Christian Sholder and Leah Sechrist at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Edward Sholder appeared on the census of 2 June 1900 in the household of August Weaver and Carrie [—?—] at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Edward Sholder and Pearl A. Berry appeared on the census of 18 April 1910 at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Edward Sholder was ran a dance hall and skating rink between 1920 and 1940. He and Pearl A. Berry appeared on the census of 22 January 1920 at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Edward Sholder and Pearl A.
