     Jacob Fischer was born on 29 January 1910 at Streeter, Stutsman County, North Dakota.1 He was the son of Andreas Fischer and Barbara Knodel.1 Jacob Fischer married, at age 24, Bertha Wentz, age 24, daughter of Peter Wentz Jr. and Louisa Essig, on Sunday, 16 December 1934.1 Jacob Fischer died on 27 February 1971 at Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, at age 61 years and 26 days.1
