Barbara Haigis

     Barbara Haigis was born on 23 April 1827 at Württemberg.¹ She was the daughter of John Haigis and Rebecca Jenter.¹ Barbara Haigis married Martin Sauter, son of Johan Martin Sauter and Regina Dorothea Scholderer, in 1850 at Weilheim, Oberamt Balingen, Schwarzwaldkreis, Württemberg.¹ Barbara Haigis died on 8 December 1907 at Greenfield, Franklin County, Massachusetts, at age 80 years, 7 months and 15 days.¹ She was buried in the Green River Cemetery, located in Greenfield, Franklin County, Massachusetts.¹
