Rudolf Dorhauer was born on 7 February 1881 at Woollahra, Municipality of Woollahra, New South Wales, Australia.1 He was the son of Heinrich Christian Dürrhauer and Wilhelmina Louisa Meurer.1 Rudolf Dorhauer married, at age 25, Louise Ethel Beesley, age 22, daughter of Henry Denis Beesley and Rosetta Mary [—?—], on Wednesday, 11 July 1906 at Saint Georges Church, Paddington, Municipality of Woollahra, New South Wales, Australia.2 Rudolf Dorhauer died on 1 October 1952 at Saint Leonards Hospital, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, at age 71 years, 7 months and 24 days.1
