Anthony Larue Caputo Jr. was born on 24 March 1948 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Anthony Larue Caputo and June D. Krause.5,3,6 Anthony Larue Caputo Jr. married, at age 21, Judith Kay Calkins, daughter of Ronald Floyd Calkins and Esther E. Derr, on Monday, 8 December 1969 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1,2,4,3 Anthony Larue Caputo Jr. died on 5 January 2010 at Williamsport Hospital, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 61 years, 9 months and 12 days.3,4
Anthony Larue Caputo Jr. also went by the name of Tony.3 He was owner of a vacum cleaner store in 1996.

He loved working out when he was healthy, painting, reading about art and history, boxing, listening to oldies music and spending time with his family.
He and his wife Judy celebrated their 40th anniversary on Dec. 8, 2009.
In addition to his wife Judy, he is survived by his children Anthony III, (Michelle) Caputo, Genna Caputo, Lisa Caputo and Nicholas Caputo, all of Williamsport; his five grandchildren Joshua, Alicia and Kymberlee Caputo, Chelsea Blaker and Kaylee Sechrist; and sisters Donna (Lee) Bolster, of Green Valley, Ariz., and Chaya (Mike) Culp and several cousins.
