A new star shines in the heavens, Leonard Paul Sholder, formerly of Lebanon, OH passed away on 6 March 2023 at Trinity Community of Beavercreek, his residence at the age of 84. He was known to friends and family as “Butch,” while his coworkers would call him “Len.” However you knew him, many people would simply call him a friend, father, pa, or husband and lifetime soulmate.

The son of the late James L. and Grace M. (Hafer) Sholder, he was born at his childhood home on Bottle Run Road in Lycoming County, PA on 17 September 1938.
