     Jacob Keller was born on 16 January 1859 at Rosenfeld, Oberamt Sulz, Schwarzwaldkreis, Württemberg.4,3,5,9,6 He was the son of Johannes Keller and Elizabeth Minzi.4,9,6,7 Jacob Keller married Regina Maria Muller, daughter of Johann Jacob Muller and Maria Regina Springer, in 1885.1,2,4,7 Jacob Keller died on 15 November 1947 at Chillicothe, Ross County, Ohio, at age 88 years, 9 months and 30 days.4,3,5 He was buried on 18 November 1947 in section 126, lot 17T, in the Woodland Cemetery, located in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio. The funeral service was officiated by Reverend W. R. Grunewald.10,5,4
     Jacob Keller was also known as Jake.8 He emigrated with Johannes Keller and Elizabeth Minzi in 1883 from Germany to the United States of America.11 Jacob Keller and Regina Maria Muller appeared on the census of 5 June 1900 at Dayton, 8th Ward, Montgomery County, Ohio. Jacob Keller and Regina Maria Muller appeared on the census of 18 April 1910 at Dayton, 8th Ward, Montgomery County, Ohio. Jacob Keller and Regina Maria Muller appeared on the census of 12 January 1920 at Dayton, 9th Ward, Montgomery County, Ohio. As of 1927, Jacob Keller and Regina Maria Muller lived at 10 Bradford Street, Dayton, Ohio.1,2

     Jacob Keller was listed in the obituary for the former Regina Maria Muller, on 4 June 1927 in the Dayton Daily News, printed in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio, as her husband.1 Jacob Keller appeared on the census of 4 April 1930 at Dayton, 9th Ward, Montgomery County, Ohio. He, deceased, formerly lived at 144 South Walnut Street, Chillicothe, Ross County, Ohio, as of 1947.4,3 He was listed as a woodworker on his death certificate.4 His obituary was published on 16 November 1947 Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio. His obituary stated:

     Jacob Keller, 88, a former Dayton resident, died at 9 a.m. yesterday at his residence, 144 S. Walnut st., in Chillicothe.

     He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. William J. Feldmaier of Chilicothe; two sons, Karl J. J. and George W., both of Dayton; three sisters, Mrs. William Wolfe, Mrs. Elizabeth Heckel and Mrs. William Buerk, all of Dayton, and seven grandchildren.3
His obituary was published on 17 November 1947 Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio. His obituary stated:

     Funeral services for Jacob Keller, 88, former resident, who died Saturday in his home in Chillicothe, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. John's Evangelical and Reformed church by Rev. W. R. Grunewald. Burial will be in Woodland cemetery. Friends may call at the Whitmer Brothers funeral home, 239 N. Ludlow st. from 4 p.m. Monday until Tuesday noon.10

The page most likely came from a descendant of daughter Katie Keller and William Wolf, as it shows "Our father William G. Wolf was born January 29, 1864.

This is a copy of a family tree that was hand drawn in 1943. The date listed is shown as 8-8-1943. David indicated that it came from Emma (Keller) Feldmaier, which is Jacob Keller's daughter. It can be presumed that either Jacob or Emma was the artist of the tree. The tree contains no dates only a center showning John and Eliabeth Keller with branches for each of their children: Anna, Lena, John, Elizabeth, George, Margaret, Jacob, Katie and Christ and their descendants.
