Margaret E. Bower was born in May 1893 at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of Christian L. Bower and Margaret [—?—].1 Margaret E. Bower married Edward Raymond Murray, son of Michael C. Murray and Clara Sholder, circa 1915.2 Margaret E. Bower died on 5 September 1950 at Bottle Run, Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 57 years and 4 months.2 She was buried on 8 September 1950 in the Buchanan Baptist Church Cemetery, located in Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
She and Edward Raymond Murray were cousins, however the exact relationship has yet to be determined. Margaret's mother could be a Murray, as Michael C. Murray had a sister Margaret.
