Albert Richard Wilhelm Friederich was born on 4 October 1907 at Tripp, Hutchinson County, South Dakota.1 He was the son of William Friederich and Theresa Lessing Reiman.1 Albert Richard Wilhelm Friederich married Emma Clara Lautt circa 1930.2 Albert Richard Wilhelm Friederich and Emma Clara Lautt were divorced circa 1955 at California.1 Albert Richard Wilhelm Friederich died on 27 March 1968 at French Camp, San Joaquin County, California, at age 60 years, 5 months and 23 days.1 He was buried on 1 April 1968 in section Old Park, block 2453, space 1, in the Cherokee Memorial Park, located in Lodi, San Joaquin County, California.1
He was in military service during World War II with the United States Army with a rank of Private.1 His obituary was published on 28 March 1968 in the Lodi News-Sentinel, printed in Lodi, San Joaquin County, California. His obituary stated:
Albert Friederich, 60, of 2208 N.Funston Ave., Stockton, died in a Stockton hospital yesterday morning following a short illness. Born in South Dakota, he moved to California in 1950 and worked for the San Joaquin County General Hospital until his retirement in 1967.
He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Theresa Bietz of North Dakota; two sons, Elmer A. Friederich of Lodi and Eugene W. Friederich of Montana; one daughter, Miss Eunice V. Friederich of Lodi; three brothers, Paul Friederich of North Dakota; Julius Friederich of Washington and Fred Friederich of Los Angeles; two sisters, Mrs. Clara Schlabs of Lodi and Mrs. Dana Messervy of Fair Oaks; and five grandchildren.
Interment in Cherokee Memorial Park.1
