     Johannes Georg Scholder was born circa 1866 at Alpirsbach, Oberamt Oberndorf, Schwarzwaldkreis, Württemberg.1 He was the son of William Scholder and Wilhelmine Fischer.1 Johannes Georg Scholder married Mary Herrmann, daughter of William Herrmann and Louise [—?—], on Saturday, 1 June 1889 at Manhattan, New York County, New York.1
     Johannes Georg Scholder was also known as John.
