Jacob Ariensz Gouda was born on 3 May 1860 at Egmond aan Zee, Netherlands.1 He was the son of Arie Reijne Gouda and Marijtje Ariens van Pel.1 Jacob Ariensz Gouda married, at age 26, Cornelia Gerrits Wijker, age 22, daughter of Gerrit Klaasz Wijker and Alida Aaltje Prins, on Saturday, 24 July 1886 at Egmond aan Zee, Netherlands.1 Jacob Ariensz Gouda died on 15 November 1943 at Amsterdam, Netherlands, at age 83 years, 6 months and 12 days.1
