Christian Friedrich Scholder1

     Christian Friedrich Scholder was born on 3 March 1826 at Lahr, Oberamt Offenburg, Baden.1,2 He was the son of Johann Georg Scholder and Christine Blatt.1 Christian Friedrich Scholder was christened on 6 March 1826 at Evangelical Church, Lahr, Oberamt Offenburg, Baden.1
     Christian Friedrich Scholder was also known as Christian Scholderer.2 By draft he had to join the Badish Revolutionary Army, in 1848. They lost against the Prussion Army and got captured. Most of the captured men got executed. This nearly happened to Christian also, death sentence was proposed. But a Prussian officer certified that when he and his comrades were captured by the Badish Revolutionary Army they nearly where massacred but Scholderer got in between and safed their lives. Christian was sentenced 10 years jail, but released after one year. Later he was accountant for the city of Lahr. In 1865 he went to see his old friend with the name Rosenthal in the United States. . .and is lost there.2
