Warren Howard Flarity was born on 16 September 1918 at Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan.2,3 He was the son of Channing L. Flarity and Louisa Magdelena Wolf.1,2 Warren Howard Flarity married, at age 23, Doris Dorothy McKeown, age 22, daughter of [—?—] Schmidt, on Saturday, 30 May 1942 at Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan.2 Warren Howard Flarity died on 18 April 1982 at San Diego, San Diego County, California, at age 63 years, 7 months and 2 days.2,3
He was an engineer and inventor, he holds original patents on the omega receiver that was used for navagation purposes during World War II. He also did research work for the doppler radar systems.2 He became a widower at the age of 62 with the death of Doris on 14 November 1980.2,4 The Social Security Death Index gives the last residence of record for Warren as San Diego, San Diego County, California.3
