     Caroline Fredricke Scholder was born in November 1864 at Rochester, Fulton County, Indiana.1 She was the daughter of Adam John Scholder and Anna Catharine Rumboldt.1 Caroline Fredricke Scholder first married, at age 30, Charles E. Clear, age 35, son of Ernest Clear and Nancy Eberhart, on Wednesday, 20 February 1895 at Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan.1 Caroline Fredricke Scholder married a second time Frank H. Kayser circa 1920.
     Caroline Fredricke Scholder was also known as Carrie.1 She appeared on the census of 4 June 1880 in the household of Anna Catharine Rumboldt at Rochester, Fulton County, Indiana. Caroline Fredricke Scholder and Charles E. Clear appeared on the census of 1 June 1900 at Lansing, 6th Ward, Ingham County, Michigan. Caroline Fredricke Scholder and Frank H. Kayser appeared on the census of 5 April 1930. As of 1937, Caroline Fredricke Kayser lived in Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan.2
