     Henry Heckel was born on 10 December 1862 at Germany.1,2,5 He was the son of Adam Heckel and Caroline [—?—].1 Henry Heckel married Elizabeth Marie Keller, daughter of Johannes Keller and Elizabeth Minzi, in 1887.4,3,7 Henry Heckel died on 28 January 1914 at age 51 years, 1 month and 18 days.1,5 He was buried on 31 January 1914 in section 117, lot 78M, in the Woodland Cemetery, located in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio.1,5
     He and Elizabeth Marie Keller appeared on the census of 8 June 1900 at Dayton, 7th Ward, Montgomery County, Ohio. Henry Heckel and Elizabeth Marie Keller appeared on the census of 21 April 1910 at Dayton, 10th Ward, Montgomery County, Ohio. Henry Heckel was a shoe maker in 1912.1 He, deceased, formerly lived at 2533 East Third Street, Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio, as of 1914.1
