Judson A. Bower was born on 14 May 1953 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3 He was the son of Leonard Bower and Ruth Engel.3 Judson A. Bower married a second time Janet Lilley, daughter of Marlin D. Lilley and Geraldine D. Regel, in 1988.1,2,3 Judson A. Bower died on 4 December 2012 at Cogan Station, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 59 years, 6 months and 20 days.3 He was buried on 7 December 2012 in the Green Lawn Memorial Park, located in Montgomery, Clinton Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. The funeral service was officiated by J. Morris Smith.3

Judson A. Bower, 59, of Cogan Station, died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, at home.
He was born in Williamsport on May 14, 1953, the son of Leonard and Ruth Engel Bower.
Judson was employed with the Planning Commisson for Lycoming County. He loved playing cards, watching TV and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, the former Janet Lilley Bower.
His children also survive him: Samantha Bower and Cynthia Kirol, both of this city; stepchildren, Joseph Luxenberger of Montoursville, Michael Luxenberger of Mechanicsburg, Kathy Bilbay of Montoursville and William Luxenberger of this city. He is also survived by his four stepgrandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the Crouse Funeral Home, 133 E. Third St., Williamsport, on Friday morning at noon. Rev. Dr. J. Morris Smith will officiate.
