     Cecilia Arlene Pryor was born on 28 July 1924 at Duboistown, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2,1 She was the daughter of Elmer Rantz Pryor and Erma Alberta Sholder.1,3 Cecilia Arlene Pryor was baptized at Bethel United Presbyterian Church, Bottle Run, Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She first married, at age 16, Frank George Crossley, age 22, son of Willard E. Crossley and Mabel V. Snyder, on Wednesday, 1 January 1941 at Presbyterian Parsonage, Newberry, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.4 Cecilia Arlene Pryor and Frank George Crossley were divorced in 1964. Cecilia Arlene Pryor married a second time, at age 41, William James Mundell on Saturday, 4 June 1966. Cecilia Arlene Pryor and William James Mundell were divorced circa 1980. Cecilia Arlene Pryor died on 28 February 1999 at Jersey Shore, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 74 years and 7 months.1,2,3 A memorial service for Cecilia Arlene Pryor was held Rearick-Carpenter's Funeral Home, Jersey Shore, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, on 4 March 1999 at 8 p.m. with Reverend Mark Mahserjian-Smith officiating.1 Cecilia Arlene Pryor was buried in the Twin Hills Memorial Park, located in Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
     She appeared on the census of 3 May 1940 in the household of Elmer Rantz Pryor and Erma Alberta Sholder at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Cecilia Arlene Pryor, as the mother of the bride, attended the wedding of Leslie Alva Williamson and Lynn Diane Crossley on 24 August 1963 at Bottle Run, Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.5,4 Cecilia Arlene Pryor lived at 404 Baer Street, Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania.1 Her obituary was published on 3 March 1999 in the Williamsport Sun-Gazette, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Her obituary stated:

     JERSEY SHORE - Cecelia A. Crossley Mundell, 74, of 404 Baer St. died there Sunday, Feb. 28, 1999.

     She was a homemaker. Born July 28, 1924, at DuBoistown, she was the daughter of Rantz and Erma Sholder Pryor.

     Surviving, besides her mother of Casselberry, Fla, are two sons, Frank G. Cossley of Beacon Falls, Conn., and William J. Mundell Jr. of Jersey Shore; five daughters, Lynn D. Williamson of Cogan Station, Jennifer L. Carson of Jersey Shore RR 5, Christine L. Fontenot of Lake Charles, Fla., Cynthia R. DiParlo of Trout Run and Stacey L. Lott of Bodiens; a brother, James Pryor of Cogan Station; two sisters, Janet Pryor and Kathleen Ward, both of Casselberry, Fla; 19 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.

     Funeral services will be at 8 p.m. Thursday at Rearick-Carpenter's, 1002 Allegheny St., with the Rev. Mark Mahserjian-Smith, pastor of Hepburn Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Twin Hills Memorial Park, Muncy RR 2. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday.1
