     Vivian Lois Sholder was born on 9 July 1922 at Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3,4 She was the daughter of Nelson Richard Sholder and Meredith Kunes.3,1 Vivian Lois Sholder married, at age 20, William Francis Kern, son of Harry Henry Kern and Ann Jane Daly, on Friday, 24 July 1942 at Lycoming Presbyterian Church, Newberry, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend J. Clyde Foose.2,3 Vivian Lois Sholder died on 12 May 2012 at Orlando, Orange County, Florida, at age 89 years, 10 months and 3 days.3,4 She was buried on 15 October 2012 in the columbarium 7 YY-7-4, in the Arlington National Cemetery, located in Arlington, Arlington County, Virginia.4
     She appears in four generation family snapshot circa 1947.
