     Ruth G. Sholder was born on 18 November 1915 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2,3 She was the daughter of Charles William Sholder and Ida Amelia Lorson.3 Ruth G. Sholder first married James William Livingston, son of James H. Livingston and Alice I. [—?—], circa 1932.4 Ruth G. Sholder married a second time Walter Vanemon circa 1955.3 Ruth G. Sholder died on 10 September 2000 at Williamsport Hospital, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 84 years, 9 months and 23 days.2,3 She was buried on 13 September 2000 in the Green Lawn Memorial Park, located in Montgomery, Clinton Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. The funeral service was officiated by Reverend John Barkley.3
     Ruth G. Sholder appeared on the census of 9 January 1920 in the household of Charles William Sholder and Ida Amelia Lorson at Williamsport, 7th Ward, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Ruth G. Sholder appeared on the census of 26 April 1930 in the household of Charles William Sholder and Ida Amelia Lorson at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Ruth G. Sholder was a licensed practical nurse circa 1970.3

     Ruth G. Sholder the sister of Evelyn Caroline Sholder was listed in her obituary in December 1997 in the local paper, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 Ruth G. Sholder, deceased, formerly lived at 798 West Edwin Street, Williamsport, Pennsylvania.3 Her obituary was published on 12 September 2000 in the Williamsport Sun-Gazette, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Her obituary stated:

     The funeral will be Wednesday for Ruth G. Vanemon, 84, of 798 W. Edwin St., who died Sunday, Sept. 10, 2000, in Williamsport Hospital. Her husband, Walter Vanemon Sr., died Aug 5., 1979.

     She was a licensed practical nurse at the former Freezer's and Park Home. She was a member of Ladies Auxiliary Unit 1 American Legion, Phoenix, Ariz.

     Born Nov. 18, 1915, in this city, she was a daughter of Charles and Ida Lorson Sholder. Surviving are five daughters, Joan L. Haven, Jean E. Foster and Debra J. Snook, all of this city, Connie M. Johnson of Montoursville, and Dianne L. Mayer of New River, Ariz; two sons, Robert C. and James W. Livingston, both of Phoenix; 16 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

     The service will be at 10 a.m. at Sanders , 821 Diamond St., with the Rev. John Barkley, Maranatha Bible Church, officiating. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park, Montgomery RR 2. Friends may call at the funeral home from 9 to 10 a.m.3
